Stroll the walkable Main Street lined with locally owned boutiques, antique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, and specialty markets. Browse for unique cabin décor, handcrafted gifts, and local treats before enjoying dinner at one of Ellijay's welcoming restaurants. As evening falls, head back to Bella Cabina a Casa to relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the peaceful sounds of the North Georgia mountains beneath a sky full of stars.
Start your morning with coffee on the deck while watching for deer before setting out to discover some of North Georgia's most beautiful scenery. Spend the morning hiking to nearby waterfalls, exploring scenic overlooks, or taking a leisurely drive through the Chattahoochee National Forest. After lunch, unwind at one of Ellijay's award-winning wineries or vineyards, where mountain views pair perfectly with locally crafted wines and ciders. End your day back at the cabin grilling dinner, relaxing by the fire, or soaking in the hot tub after a day of adventure.
Spend your final day enjoying everything that makes the area so special. Float the Coosawattee River, go kayaking or fishing, visit a local orchard, or browse one last time through downtown shops. If you'd rather stay close to home, take advantage of Coosawattee River Resort's amenities, including the indoor heated pool, fitness center, mini golf, pickleball courts, walking trails, and playgrounds. It's the perfect way to slow down before heading home refreshed and already planning your next visit.
Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure, romantic moments, family fun, or simply a peaceful escape, Bella Cabina a Casa places you within minutes of Ellijay's best attractions while offering all the comforts of home. Every day begins with mountain serenity and ends with cozy evenings surrounded by nature.
Arrive early on your first day to enjoy downtown before checking into the cabin.
Reserve winery tastings and popular restaurants on weekends, especially during fall.
Pack comfortable hiking shoes and a light jacket—the mountain weather can change quickly.
Leave time to relax. Some of the best moments happen on the deck, around the fire pit, or in the hot tub after a day of exploring.
