• No smoking • No parties or events • We allow only one house-trained dog up to 20 lb. (The $95 pet fee is per stay and is nonrefundable.) • Please bring a crate/bedding for your dog. • Please do not use our towels on your dog. • Guests are responsible for any damages that result from their dog. No dog is allowed on the furniture or in the hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of dog hair on furniture. Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $50 with a maximum of $250. Any pet hair found in the hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non-refundable. • We'd like to ask you to follow the posted speed limit inside the community. • No Smoking inside the cabin or anywhere on the property due to potential fire hazards. If it is found that you did smoke, you will be asked to leave with no refund & a $500 No Smoking Violation Fee. • Violators will be charged for in-room smoke damage. • Outdoor Ring Camera is for security purposes only.
